Our customers are our number one priority; however, we do reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who displays bad behavior, abuse on our site, emails, or phone calls.
All orders will be processed within two weeks, in most cases a lot earlier. Any orders that are delivered beyond the promised dates may be the result of the service carrier and out of our control.
'Lost Packages' any lost orders will be processed and credits issued after the carrier refunds us or you the insured amount, at which time a new order will be shipped. Credits will not be automatically issued.
'Damaged Items' will also be processed and handled as per the 'lost policy' stated above.
Product quality and descriptions are done specs and best of our ability. Sometimes different tastes are not met because of personal flavor profiles. The Chef will always include the product breakdown but will not give proprietary information on formulas.
