Our Brand is our Gourmet Coffee, Gourmet Spices, Sauces, and Cookbooks. Bringing explosive flavors to our world community by an  Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant, and Business Management Consultant from Northern California and now North Carolina and across the Atlantic.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and graduated wanting to mainly write and teach, which I have done for many years. I also spent 38 years in the restaurant industry running small to very large companies as a General Manager, District Manager, Director of Restaurant Operations, and finishing up as Chief Operations Officer (COO) for a large conglomerate. I have utilized my culinary and restaurant operations experience in developing most of my recipes while still focusing on 'old world traditions'
